In these terms and conditions "we", "our" and "us" refers to nStar Pharmacy. "you" refers to you the customer.

"Dollar" constitutes New Zealand dollars only. These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between nStar Pharmacy and the customers. No other external terms and conditions are applicable to this website and business. Terms and conditions cannot be varied without prior approval from both parties in writing.



The terms and conditions are the terms on which nStar Pharmacy, offers you access to the services of our website. By registering as a member with us, or purchasing products from us, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen years old.



We currently accept 6 types of payment method which including Visa, Master, A2A Direct Debit, Alipay, Wechat Pay, and E-wallet Pay.


Payments will not be processed until all applicable information has been received. If your payment is not received within 30mins that you receive your order confirmation, the system will automatically close the transaction. nStar Pharmacy International Ltd. also reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on www.nstar.com at any time without notification.



nStar Pharmacy.  will make every attempt to dispatch your item as soon as possible, it may however take up to 2 working days from date of payment for your item to be dispatched. Please note items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at the time of checkout.


nStar Pharmacy. makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout, however bears no liability for delays caused by Courier companies. All estimated delivery times are in business days and exclude weekends and/or public holidays.



Any credit awarded to the customer may only be used towards the payment of products listed on our website. Credit may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions listed on the website. Any credit awarded is non-redeemable for cash.


If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with at least the same specifications, then a full refund (including shipping) will be provided. The item(s) must be returned to us with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals. The item(s) must be complete and intact under the warranty provisions. Upon return North Star Pharmacy Ltd or the local distributor/manufacturer will repair or replace the damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund (including shipping) will be provided.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.


You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.


Pick Up:

We allow customer to pick up their orders from our physical store in Takapuna Auckland. Please visit our pharmacy to pick your order when you receive an email from nStar Pharmacy's customer service notifying you that your order is ready.

Domestic Delivery - New Zealand: 

1. All orders value over NZ $100 total, 
For orders under this amount, delivery is just $5.00.

For extra security, cold chain products, you can also choose the Signature required option for just paying $2.00 extra. For example, orders over NZ $100, signature required delivery is $2.00, orders under $100, signature required delivery is $6.50.


We offer Non-Tracked Airmail or Tracked Courier delivery to best suit your needs for international orders. For some shipping destinations, our risk control may contact our first time customers to pay by international bank transfer, as pre required by New Zealand commercial bank. We really appreciate your kind understanding.

Delivery Time-frame:

We’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we will send an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time. 

Cold Goods – orders contain heat sensitive products that are placed on a Friday are not processed for delivery until next Monday to ensure they are kept in the correct storage facilities over the weekend.

Out of Stock Products

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you promptly with an update on when it will be sent.

Special delivery instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions please add these to the Delivery Instructions field provided at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field WILL BE DISPLAYED next to your address. We are unable to delete it for you, sorry.

Tracking number: 

It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on courier supplier. For some destinations, parcels may be hold by local customs, in that case, please contact your local customs for more information.

Additional Shipping Cost:

On some very spcial occassions, when your order is heavy or large, free shipping may not apply, you may be charged for the extra weight or volume. 
On some other very spcial occassions, when your order is heavy or large and going to overseas, you may be charged for the extra weight or volume.

Return Policy:

nStar Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided that: 
The return was made 7 days after receiving the products (for NZ orders)
The return was made 14 days after receiving products (for Australia).
The purchase was made within the last 30 days (for international orders except Australia)
The products returned are unopened, sealed and in original condition. 
The products are eligible for return (excludes products detailed below). 
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Return Process:

Please call us on +64 (09) 489 9839 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm OR email return@nstar.co.nz to arrange your return. Please ONLY send your order back after you have our written email confirmation. 
To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us, to the address found on the packing slip included with your order. We will discuss sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
nStar Pharmacy will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
After we can confirm we have received your return order, our customer services will refund or resend your order, depends on our pre discussion with our customer services.

Change of mind returns:

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, nStar Pharmacy will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
You produce your original nStar Pharmacy register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
The item must not have been used or damaged in any way
It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).


We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.


Items of:
Personal nature, 
Underwear or products may have personal hygiene concern,
Opened items, 
Heat Sensitive products,
Items sold on mark down or clearance, 
Cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction. Products which are considered Dangerous Goods, including but not limited to perfume products, aerosols, nail polish and nail polish remover cannot be sent via courier unless explicitly declared to the courier as Dangerous Goods.

Cancel Order

only when the parcel is not dispatched, please call us to cancel your order. There will be no cost for cancelling an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an order with damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused.
An online pharmacy provides the same products and services found in your local chemist or pharmacy. The service lets the customer buy from the comfort of their own home or office and provides massive savings compared to the local chemist. An online chemist however does not replace the care of your local healthcare professionals and should be used alongside local services. nStar Pharmacy is based in Auckland, New Zealand. We service customers from all over the world.

We take website and credit card security extremely seriously.

North Star Pharmacy endeavour to provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct online transactions. www.nStar.co.nz uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted over the internet.
